About these terms
These terms describe use of the Subnex IT website at subnexit.com. The website introduces our AI automation services and lets you submit a project inquiry. It does not operate a public checkout, sell recurring subscription plans, or create a paid engagement when you submit a form.
Using the website
Use the website for lawful research and genuine business inquiries. Provide accurate contact details and only share information you are authorized to disclose. Do not submit secrets, passwords, private customer records, or sensitive personal information through the initial inquiry form.
Do not interfere with availability, bypass access controls, distribute malware, submit abusive material, or access another person’s information without authorization. We may limit abusive traffic and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service.
Inquiries, proposals, and agreements
Service descriptions and engagement models are informational starting points. A project begins only after both parties accept a written scope or agreement. The agreement should identify deliverables, fees, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, data handling, and support arrangements.
If the website and a signed project agreement differ on a project-specific matter, the signed agreement governs that matter, subject to applicable law. Sending an inquiry does not commit either party to proceed.
Scope, delivery, and client responsibilities
Delivery estimates depend on the agreed scope, access to systems, data readiness, required approvals, and third-party availability. Clients are responsible for having permission to use the data, accounts, tools, and content they supply.
Changes to requirements, integrations, or assumptions may require a revised scope, fee, or timeline agreed in writing. Acceptance, handover, training, and ongoing maintenance are determined by the project agreement rather than implied by a website description.
Fees, expenses, and cancellation
Fees, payment milestones, taxes where applicable, provider usage charges, hosting, maintenance, and other recurring costs are set out in the accepted proposal. No displayed engagement model is a promise of a fixed price or unlimited support.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and treatment of completed work or committed third-party costs are governed by the written agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not introduce an automatic no-refund policy or remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
AI output and human review
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable output. The level of review, allowed actions, approval gates, and fallback behavior should match the impact of the workflow.
AI output should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional judgment in legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions. Business outcomes, accuracy, revenue, or uninterrupted autonomous operation are not guaranteed by the website.
Third-party services and infrastructure
Automations may depend on official APIs, messaging channels, model providers, hosting, and other systems. Their availability, rate limits, pricing, permissions, and capabilities can change outside our control.
Required accounts, licenses, infrastructure ownership, credentials, provider charges, monitoring, and recovery responsibilities should be documented in the project scope. A third-party change may require maintenance or a separately agreed modification.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Website branding and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. You may link to the website and use its information to assess our services; reuse of protected assets beyond applicable permissions requires authorization.
Clients retain rights in the materials and business data they provide. Ownership and licensing of custom deliverables, reusable components, source code, and pre-existing methods are defined in the project agreement. Confidentiality and permitted data use should also be documented before sensitive project information is exchanged.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but maintenance, faults, or external events can interrupt access. Website information may be revised as services evolve. Contact us to confirm current scope and availability before making a project decision.
Project warranties, remedies, and liability limits belong in the applicable written agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not promise that an automation is suitable for every purpose.
Privacy, questions, and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how website inquiries and related information are handled. External websites and communication providers apply their own terms and policies.
Raise questions or concerns with hello@subnexit.com so we can review the facts and seek a practical resolution. Project agreements may specify governing law and dispute procedures. We may update these website terms and show the latest revision date; signed project terms change only through the agreed process.
